Finally, the land is owned by the Silvercreek Water & Sanitation District. They have not empowered their signatory to accept/decline/counter any offers. Thus, any offers made will be presented to the Board for approval under special meeting which would take about 7 days. Thus, offers received by Monday the 16th would be reviewed on or about Monday the 23rd.
The first offer we receive will trigger the special meeting request. All subsequent offers will be reviewed at that special meeting.
